Energy Smoothie; My Alternative To Coffee Recipe

  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Mango Chunks (Let It Defrost)
  • 1 Tsp. Ginger
  • 1 Banana

Pour contents into a blender. Blend on HIGH for one to two minutes, depending on the consistency you prefer.
