Jerk Mustard Lamb Shoulder Chops
- 8-12 Lamb Shoulder Chops
- ½ Cup Dried Jerk Seasoning (More or Less To Taste)
- ¼ Cup of Prepared Mustard
- ⅔ Cup Red Wine
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
In a large casserole dish or marinating container rub the jerk seasoning, mustard and garlic into the lamb chops. Add the wine and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least three (3) hours. Place on the grill on a medium to low heat for 5-8 minutes per side; or to your liking. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
